Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment, machinery, conveyor systems, automation, engineering products, or manufacturing industries will have an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in technical/industrial sales are encouraged to apply.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable communicating with customers from different levels, including technicians, engineers, purchasing personnel, managers, and business owners.

Able to understand basic technical information and willing to learn about conveyor systems, machinery, and industrial automation.

Self-motivated and able to actively search for new customers rather than relying only on incoming enquiries.

Able to prepare quotations, proposals, basic reports, and customer follow-up records.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and online communication platforms.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Willing to travel to customer sites within Malaysia for meetings, site surveys, presentations, and project discussions.

Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with the Engineering and Project teams.

Responsible, organised, persistent, and results-oriented.

Salary & Sales Incentive. Total monthly income may consist of:

Basic Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Incentive + Applicable Allowances

Basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Sales commission and incentives provide opportunities for higher earnings based on individual sales performance and successful project orders.

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and other industrial sectors.

Conduct prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, online platforms, referrals, networking, and customer visits.

Arrange appointments and visit potential customers to introduce Kaiye's products, services, and engineering capabilities.

Understand customers' production processes, material handling problems, automation requirements, and project objectives.

Conduct initial site visits and requirement discussions together with the technical/engineering team when necessary.

Gather important project information such as product dimensions, weight, required capacity, conveyor layout, available space, operating conditions, and customer expectations.

Work closely with the Engineering and Project teams to develop suitable conveyor and automation solutions based on customer requirements.

Prepare and present quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to customers.

Follow up quotations and proposals actively until receiving customer feedback, confirmation, or Purchase Order (PO).

Conduct commercial negotiations with customers regarding pricing, project scope, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial matters.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat orders, system upgrades, modifications, spare parts, maintenance, and new projects.

Follow up with existing customers after project completion to identify additional business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-up activities, project opportunities, and sales status.

Update the management regularly on sales pipeline, customer activities, quotation status, potential projects, and expected order value.

Coordinate internally with Engineering, Project, Purchasing, Production, and Service teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly.

Assist in coordinating customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, site surveys, and project handovers.

Monitor market developments and identify potential industries, customers, and applications for Kaiye's conveyor and automation solutions.

Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, networking events, and business discussions.

Achieve individual and company sales targets and KPIs.
