What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Business or a related field.

• Interested in Shopee, online retail, digital marketing and consumer behaviour.

• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.

• Detail-oriented, particularly with pricing, promotions and product information.

• Curious about what drives clicks, conversion and repeat purchases.

• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre, Shopify or similar platforms is an advantage, but not required.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations of PopoMama's e-commerce channels, including website and marketplaces.

• Assist with product listings, pricing, promotions, vouchers and campaign setup.

• Check product information, images, inventory and promotional mechanics for accuracy.

• Support major marketplace campaigns and promotional periods.

• Coordinate campaign assets and requirements with marketing and design teams.

• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, average order value and other e-commerce indicators.

• Prepare simple weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Conduct competitor and marketplace research.

• Assist with customer engagement, CRM and repeat-purchase initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve product pages, bundles, promotions and the online customer journey.

• Support testing of new e-commerce tools, automation and AI applications.
