任职资格

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Manufacturing, or related field. 
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, production coordination, order processing, or manufacturing environment. 
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; Mandarin speaking is an advantage for dealing with China/Taiwan customers. 
  • Experience coordinating with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality departments. 
  • Good understanding of production schedules, delivery arrangements, and customer orders. 
  • Able to handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. 
  • Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customer orders/tasks. 
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

岗位职责

 

  • Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups related to production. 
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality departments to ensure customer requirements are met. 
  • Follow up on production schedules, delivery status, and order progress. 
  • Communicate customer requirements and changes to the relevant internal departments. 
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the Quality/Production team for corrective actions. 
  • Prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery schedules, reports, and other customer-related documents. 
  • Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers. 
  • Support production planning by communicating customer demand, delivery deadlines, and priority orders. 
  • Liaise with customers regarding product specifications, quantities, packaging, and delivery requirements. 
  • Assist in resolving production or delivery issues and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
