As an Intern Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales culture, driving performance, and being introduced to fundamentals of financial services, client engagement, and strategic marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Engaging with prospects or clients to understand their needs and guiding them to financial solution

- Assisting in managing leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales process to drive revenue growth

- Working closely with teams such as marketing, product, and client success to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of strategies

- Contributing to the design and optimization of sales processes, including territory management and sales forecasting

- Monitoring industry trends and providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development

- Developing a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate their value suggestions to clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in any field

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members

- Demonstrated potential to lead and motivate a team

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- ⁠Own transport is required
