In view of the acceleration of existing commercial building, hotels and high end projects, We are cordially inviting QS professionals from the ID Fit Out industry to join our establishments for immediate intake. Successful candidates will be well remunerated subject to their working experience and specialisation of job nature at interior fit out works specialisation. Work Summary

• Prepare tender documents, review terms and specifications, estimate BQ and project resources and timeline planning.
• Update suppliers tenders and pricing & quality
• Propose schedules, subcontractors appointments, and budget breakdown.
• Monitor project progress and work certifications.
• Negotiate and advise management on contractual matters and update supplier claims
• Handle claims submission, interim payment and variation orders.
• Tabulate variation order (VO) and BQ re-measurements
• Work Completion Certification and final account closings..
• Attend to site meetings and communicate with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in QS, Building or Construction Mgmt.
• 2-3 years experience in ID Fit Out industry
• Familiar with Buildings & Commercial Projects ( Shopping /Office / Hotels/Commercial Offices)
• Strong analytical & negotiation skills
• Based at Kajang Sentral

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
