Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and guide service crew and kitchen staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and staff grooming.
• Monitor stock levels, food wastage, and inventory control.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor daily sales and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and report operational issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in kopitiam or restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
