Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business or related field is an advantage.

Active and familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Threads.

Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.

Good writing and communication skills.

Creative and able to come up with simple content ideas.

Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.

Willing to learn and experiment with different types of content.

Organised, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in managing Ivy Lense’s social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Assist in planning and preparing daily/weekly social media content.

Create and schedule social media posts, Reels and Stories based on the content calendar.

Assist in writing simple captions, hooks and promotional copy.

Research current social media trends, sounds, formats and content ideas.

Assist in producing short-form content such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Coordinate with the Photographer/Videographer and Content Creator for content production.

Upload and publish content according to the approved schedule.

Monitor comments, messages and basic audience engagement.

Assist in responding to comments and enquiries where required.

Keep track of content performance, including views, reach, engagement and followers.

Prepare simple weekly/monthly social media reports.

Maintain an organised content calendar and content files.

Support social media campaigns, product launches, promotions and other marketing activities.

Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks when required.
