Business Development Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop business plans and revenue growth strategies.

2. Develop and organize executive development, training, and continuing education programs for Individuals, organisations, and corporations.

3. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

4. Develop costing and propose fee rates for new programs or programs offered.

5. Provide appropriate publications and promotional materials.

6. Develop appropriate promotional and advertising strategies throughout the year

7. Present the portfolio of programs to external audiences, using a variety of

channels, including the web, email, social media, telephone, client meetings,

events, presentations and personal networking.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor‘s Degree in any discipline

2. At least 4 years of relevant working experience in training industry and business

development.

3. Result-driven, able to achieve the target assigned, and able to work

independently

4. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships

with intermediaries, and an effective team player.

5. Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English and Bahasa

Malaysia

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
