Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing, production supervision, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of concrete casting, reinforcement installation, formwork, curing, and demoulding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production plans.
• Understanding of quality control procedures, workplace safety, and production SOPs.
• Strong leadership, manpower coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting, data entry, and timesheet preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet daily production deadlines.
