• Interacting with customers or internal teams through various channels like phone, email, chat, or in-person to provide technical assistance
• Offering technical consultation and assistance both before and after sales, assisting with implementation, setup, and maintenance of products or services.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged, and accurate technical solutions are provided in the most effective/efficient manner within agreed timelines.
• Perform remote/on-site demonstration and provide product training for end customers, and partners.
• Undertake any other odd jobs, ad hoc assignments and duties which the management may assign from time to time.
• Travel for site visits if required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
