Job Description

• Manage assigned key accounts and maintain regular contact with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop account plans that align sales activity with customer needs and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to strengthen commercial relationships.
• Present relevant product and service information to account stakeholders clearly.
• Monitor account activity and update sales records to support accurate planning.
• Work with internal sales colleagues to coordinate account actions and customer follow-up.
• Prepare account updates and sales information for internal review.
• Support the delivery of sales targets across the Central area.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Key Account Manager(Central) Should Have

• Experience managing key customer accounts and maintaining account plans for pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to identify customer needs and turn them into practical sales actions.
• Experience preparing sales updates and maintaining accurate account records.
• Ability to present information clearly to customer stakeholders.
• Confidence working with internal sales colleagues on shared account activity.
