• Support the hospitality team in providing a welcoming and professional experience for guests and customers.
• Assist with assigned hospitality operations and administrative activities under the guidance of the supervisor.
• Help with customer enquiries and follow-ups, referring questions or issues to the relevant team when needed.
• Provide basic support for sales and bookings, such as preparing documents, maintaining records and coordinating information with relevant teams.
• Participate in assigned projects and learn about hospitality operations, service standards and teamwork.
• Follow company procedures, handle information confidentially and seek guidance when unsure.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or a related field.
• Exposure to hospitality, customer service, sales support or administration is an advantage.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Friendly and professional, with an interest in hospitality and customer service.
• Organized and attentive to detail when handling information and assigned tasks.
• Willing to learn, follow instructions and accept feedback.
• Able to work with different teams, manage assigned deadlines and ask for guidance when needed.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
