IMMEDIATE HIRING- TikTok Live Commerce Host (1+ Year Experience)

Position Details

• Position: TikTok Live Commerce Host
• Salary: RM 4,000–RM 6,000
• Benefits: Fuel allowance and performance bonus
• Working hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Working days: Monday to Friday — weekends off
• Location : Seri Kembangan, Selangor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident TikTok Live Commerce Host to represent PUAINTA across TikTok, Shopee & Lazada.

This is a sales-focused live hosting role. You will engage viewers, present products, drive conversions, and continuously improve live performance.

Key Responsibilities

-           Host engaging TikTok Live sessions and promote products effectively.

-           Interact with viewers, answer questions and understand customer needs/pain points.

-           Clearly communicate product selling points, promotions and benefits.

-           Develop and continuously optimize live scripts, talking points and sales pitches.

-           Understand TikTok Live prohibited words, restricted terms and product efficacy claim risks.

-           Ensure live content complies with TikTok platform policies.

-           Review post-live performance data and proactively provide optimization suggestions.

-           Monitor engagement, traffic, product clicks, conversion and sales performance.

-           Work with Marketing & Operations teams to improve live-streaming results.

-           Participate in creating TikTok short-form content.

Requirements

-           Minimum 1 year of Live Hosting / Live Streaming experience – MUST HAVE.

-           Candidates without live-streaming experience will not be considered.

-           Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada or other live-commerce platforms.

-           Confident, energetic and comfortable appearing on camera.

-           Strong communication and presentation skills.

-           Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage.

-           Good understanding of TikTok Live guidelines, prohibited words and restricted/product efficacy claims.

-           Able to optimize scripts and live-selling techniques based on audience feedback and data.

-           Sales-oriented with strong audience engagement skills.
