Financial Services & Business Exposure Gain practical understanding of the financial services ecosystem, including insurance, financial planning, mortgage and refinancing, property, investment, trusts and estate planning.

Business & Market Understanding Participate in learning activities and real-world practices to understand customer needs, market conditions, financial products and the role of different financial solutions.

Insurance Industry Learning Learn the fundamentals of life and general insurance, different types of insurance products, underwriting processes, insurance claims and policy review.

Real-World Field Exposure Participate in supervised joint fieldwork, company visits, hospital visits, property sales gallery visits and other industry-related activities to gain practical business exposure.

Information Gathering & Business Observation Gather relevant information and observations from industry activities, market exposure and fieldwork, and discuss findings with mentors during reviews and learning sessions.

Presentation & Communication Prepare and participate in presentations, group discussions and assigned activities to develop communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Weekly Performance Review Participate in weekly review sessions with mentors to discuss learning progress, assigned tasks, observations and areas for improvement.

Industry & Professional Development Attend sharing sessions conducted by industry practitioners and guest speakers to gain exposure to current business practices, career development and professional experiences.

Teamwork & Project Participation Participate actively in team activities, workshops, offsite activities and other programmes organised by the Agency, while collaborating effectively with fellow interns and mentors.

Workplace Professionalism Attend required meetings and programme activities, complete assigned tasks responsibly, maintain punctuality and confidentiality, and comply with company policies, guidelines and professional standards.

Career & Personal Development Participate in activities relating to goal setting, effective communication, personality development, financial literacy and career planning to improve overall workplace readiness.

Other Assigned Duties Assist the assigned mentor with reasonable internship-related tasks and activities as required throughout the internship period.
