• Marketplace Management
• Upload and maintain product listings on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Submit products for marketplace campaigns and promotions.
• Update product prices, descriptions and information.
• Returns & Refunds
• Handle return and refund requests.
• Check and process returned parcels.
• Follow up on return/refund cases.
• Inventory & Costing
• Record product costing and stock information.
• Update stock-in records when new goods arrive.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer enquiries through marketplace chats.
• Handle order enquiries, complaints and after-sales support.
• Purchasing & Administration
• Arrange purchases of office supplies and packaging materials.
• Monitor packaging material inventory and replenish when necessary.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
