Mandarin speakers are required

Provide patients with appropriate education and guidance throughout the consultation process.

Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.

Coordinate and manage surgery scheduling to ensure smooth arrangements.

Attend to patients' enquiries, needs, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the centre.

Support and participate in marketing activities, including roadshows and other promotional events, when required

Prepare and maintain relevant statistics and reports for monitoring and management review.
