Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage

Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn

Sales experience in silicone sealants, building materials, architectural products, construction products, aluminium, glass/glazing, façade, or related industries will be an added advantage

Candidates must possess own transportation and be willing to travel

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities within the building, construction, architectural, façade, glazing, aluminium, and related industries

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

Understand customers' project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions

Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales discussions when required

Handle and follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and project opportunities

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other sales-related documents

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Attend site visits, meetings, exhibitions, or industry events when required

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
