We are looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team.

Location: Kajang, Selangor
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing and managing daily warehouse operational activities, ensuring smooth goods flow, inventory accuracy, warehouse orderliness, and efficient team performance.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Coordinator position
- Good understanding of daily warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking and shipping
- Able to lead, organise and direct warehouse staff effectively
- Familiar with inventory systems / basic WMS
- Strong focus on stock accuracy and warehouse organisation
- Able to ensure warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Good communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to be hands-on
- E-commerce fulfilment / order processing experience is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage Daily Operations

• Oversee all warehouse functions, including inbound and outbound operations
• Ensure receiving and shipping activities are completed according to schedule
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure smooth movement of goods

2. Team Management

• Organise daily task assignments for warehouse staff
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Motivate and guide the warehouse team
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs and safety procedures

3. Inventory Control

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks
• Monitor stock movements using the inventory system
• Identify and report stock discrepancies to management
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods

4. Warehouse Orderliness

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Ensure goods are properly arranged according to storage standards
• Ensure warehouse areas are kept clear and operationally efficient

5. Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly warehouse operational reports
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods volume
• Report team performance, operational issues and stock discrepancies to management
