Warehouse Manager – Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and WMS/ERP.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure.

Warehouse Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

• Lead, supervise, and manage warehouse staff.

• Plan manpower and work schedules to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures.

• Monitor warehouse performance and achieve operational KPIs.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
