• Mandarin proficiency (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking management and China suppliers), plus English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 5 years in production / operations management in a certified (GMP / HACCP / ISO 22000 / Halal) health supplement, health food or food manufacturing plant
• Hands-on experience leading audits and leading people
• Degree in Food Technology / Science / Engineering or equivalent
• A builder's mindset: structured, calm, decisive — you fix systems, not just symptoms

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Day-to-day leadership of Production, QA/QC, Warehouse & Logistics
• Audits & certifications — cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal; be the face of the factory to auditors and clients
• Systems & SOPs — working with HR, build the procedures, KPIs and daily disciplines that make the plant run without fire-fighting
• New plant commissioning — machine set-up, layout, process validation for our new production unit
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and executives; be the go-to person for the factory when the Directors are away
