1. To be responsible for new bus/repair bus tinted glass, sticker, number plate and quality control of spray painting works.

2. To coordinate with relevant departments for cutting stickers as per approved design.

3. To in-charge in cutting sticker according to the bus design, paste the stickers as per schedule and other requirements.

4. To carry out quality inspection, reduce re-work/wastage and ensure designs meet customer requirements.

5. To control tinted film, sticker and number plate stock level.

6. To assist in customer’s complaint related to tinted glass and sticker.

7. To check and monitor the stickers before paint and clear coat spraying.

8. To identify non-conforming parts and take corrective actions for touch up when necessary.

9. To train subordinates and supervise their work; work closely with your colleague and support team work spirit.

10. To maintain good housekeeping and safety in your working area.

11. To ensure ISO 9001 procedures are being followed.

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Minimum age of 18 years old, subject to applicable Malaysian employment laws.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Have working experience in manufacturing, sticker application, production, quality control, or a related field.
• Experienced in sticker application, labeling, and product finishing.
• Able to perform visual inspections and identify product defects.
• Familiar with quality inspection procedures and product specifications.
• Able to maintain quality inspection records and prepare inspection reports.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and manual dexterity.
• Able to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
