At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and internal stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving success

Willingness to travel.

A positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally

Relevant experience in Exhibition field would be advantageous

Posses own transport

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments, focusing on project-based business opportunities

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and prospects through networking, cold calling, and relationship building

Present product and service offerings to prospective clients, emphasising value propositions and project benefits

Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales

Collaborate with internal teams including project management, operations, and finance to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction

Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, identifying market trends and competitive insights

Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and build long-term business relationships
