About This Opportunity

Join us as a Business Relations Assistant and play a key role in supporting sales operations, material planning, and inventory management. You will work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and China counterparts to manage orders, ensure material availability, and support smooth and timely delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Determine material requirements based on sales orders and production plans, and raise purchase requisitions accordingly.
• Monitor material availability and ensure a consistent and adequate supply of materials to support production requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring sales forecasts, demand fluctuations, supplier capabilities, and material lead times.
• Monitor and resolve inventory issues, schedule changes, order adjustments, cancellations, and potential delivery delays.
• Support the achievement of departmental and organisational goals and perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

What You'll Need

Must Have

• Minimum SPM qualification and above.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (required to communicate with China counterparts).

Good to Have

• Experience in material planning and inventory management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
