Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical panel or switchboard design, engineering, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Mandarin speaker is required.

Proficient in AutoCAD and/or EPLAN, with the ability to streamline drafting processes for efficiency.

Knowledge of electrical schematics, control systems, switchboard components, and technical design principles.

Basic understanding of electronics and control systems is required.

Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify issues and resolve technical problems.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Eager to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge and engineering skills.

Prepare and develop shop drawings and technical drawings based on project specifications and requirements.

Ensure designs comply with Powerwell standards and industry best practices.

Cross-check drawings against project documents such as single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and quotations.

Clarify technical details with cost estimators, engineering teams, and other departments.

Review and verify drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Manage and ensure timely submission of project drawings and documentation.

Support project execution and visit the production floor to review product assembly and update as-built drawings based on actual product output.

Update design libraries and documentation standards to improve efficiency.

Provide technical support and contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
