Our Engineering Internship Programme is designed for university students who want to gain hands-on industry experience and understand how engineering projects are delivered from start to finish.

Depending on your field of study and project requirements, you may have the opportunity to be involved in:

• Project planning, coordination and monitoring
• Site supervision and project execution
• Engineering documentation and reporting
• Technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Quantity and material tracking
• Project progress monitoring
• Site inspection and quality control
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers and project teams
• Other engineering and construction-related activities

You will not only learn from the classroom — you will learn by being part of a real project team.

What We Look For

We are looking for students who are:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Studying Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Construction, Building, Quantity Surveying or other relevant engineering disciplines
• Interested in developing a career in the engineering and construction industry
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take initiative
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good in communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a project/site environment when required
• Able to commit to the required internship period, preferably a minimum of 8 weeks
