We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales professional to grow Legrand’s business by developing new opportunities, building strong customer relationships and delivering the right technical and commercial solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales growth while representing Legrand’s products and solutions in the market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop strong knowledge of Legrand’s products and solutions.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities through prospecting, cold calls and sales visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors, developers and investors.
• Prepare proposals, specifications, quotations and pricing to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver professional product presentations and training to customers and internal teams.
• Provide effective pre-sales, post-sales and technical support.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and delivery schedules.
• Support marketing events, networking activities and product promotions.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to the Head of Sales.

What we're looking for.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to achieve business targets and goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to understand and meet customer expectations.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and East Malaysia when required.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers.
