JOB SUMMARY:

• Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of all technical and regulatory requirement aspects of the project.
• Interact with clients to troubleshoot and to build a business relationship that could lead to future business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates and executes project works plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing requirements.
• Complete full project responsibility in all areas of Project execution.
• Meet or exceed project goals established by Management.
• Project Scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.
• Effectively applies Project Management methodology.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning.
• Subcontract administration and control management.
• Project communication, meetings, and coordination.
• Determine progress claim and ensure timely and complete invoice.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Manage Project contract issues and notices and assist the team accordingly.
• Support tender processes.
• Any other duties assigned by Project Director.

SUPERVISION:

• Receives daily supervision and workload from Project Director.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
