Minimum SPM qualification.

Basic numeracy, literacy, and English communication skills.

Previous experience in retail, stock handling, store operations, or consumer goods is an advantage.

Good customer service skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Independent, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

Honest, responsible, and committed.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Willing to work on a rotational shift.

Manage and organize the store room according to Sephora standards.

Handle stock receiving, returns, unloading, shelving, packing, and labeling.

Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy.

Conduct regular stock counts and assist with annual stock take.

Monitor soon-to-expire products and follow FIFO (First In, First Out).

Ensure sufficient stock is available on the sales floor to support daily sales.

Replenish shelves and maintain product displays, testers, and price tags.

Follow merchandising guidelines and planograms.

Support store management with daily/weekly operational tasks.

Ensure compliance with store audit requirements.
