Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Entry-Level)

Location: Jeram, Selangor, Malaysia

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform visual and physical inspections of incoming raw materials, parts, in-process assemblies, and finished automotive components to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

This is an entry-level position—on-the-job training will be provided to help you build a strong foundation in automotive quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming components, stamped parts, assemblies, and finished goods.
• Identify, record, and tag non-conforming or defective items, notify production supervisors and QC engineer.
• Use standard measuring tools (e.g., callipers, micrometers, height gauges, torque wrenches) to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inspection logs, daily defect reports, and pass/fail records in the quality management database.
• Ensure production lines follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Assist in segregating, quarantining, and documenting rejected materials to prevent contamination on the line.

Requirements & Qualifications

• SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment are encouraged to apply.
• High attention to detail, good eyesight/color perception, strong problem-solving mindset, and reliable work ethic.
• Basic written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to work on the factory floor and handle physical inspections.

*Working Hours: 5.5 days per week

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
