WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience as an HR generalist (covering payroll and recruitment)

• Degree holder, or at least a Diploma, in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field

• Hands-on with payroll and statutory submissions; working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955

• The right attitude: organised, dependable, discreet, willing to learn — you follow a plan through and get things done

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run day-to-day HR — recruitment, onboarding and confirmation, employee records, leave and attendance, employee relations, exit management

• Payroll and statutory — prepare monthly payroll data and submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, income tax) in line with the Employment Act 1955; foreign-worker permits and renewals

• Performance management — coordinate appraisal cycles, KPI tracking and the annual increment and bonus exercise

• Human Capital plan — roll out job descriptions, KPIs, policies and career paths across departments, working with the Directors and our Human Capital team and consultant

• HRMS — help set up and run our HR system (payroll, attendance, leave, appraisals, records)

• Employer branding and admin — support recruitment campaigns, staff engagement and general administration

Dong Foong Manufacturing is an NPRA GMP-licensed health-supplement manufacturer (HACCP · ISO 22000 · JAKIM Halal), part of a health group with roots back to 1978. Our Human Capital plan is already designed — job descriptions, KPIs, salary structure, career paths, appraisals and policies — with the Directors and an external HR consultant guiding it. We are looking for a capable, well-educated HR Executive to run our day-to-day HR and put that plan into action, step by step, with our full support.
