Diploma/Degree in Business / Supply Chain or related

1 - 3 years procurement experience in a related field is required for this position

Good negotiation & communication skills

Can speak in English, B.M, Mandarin

Basic Excel knowledge

Basic knowledge of inventory management

Possess own transport and willing to travel

Full-Time Position(s) available

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs

Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules with suppliers

Process purchase orders and follow up deliveries

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers

Track orders and ensure timely delivery, especially for perishable goods

Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and service

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Minimize wastage and optimize stock turnover

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities

Monitor supplier performance and compliance

Work closely with internal teams for demand planning
