• Certificate / Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Merchandising, Creative Arts, Design or related field is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant hands-on experience or a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in prop-making, festive decoration, visual display, event décor, artistic production or similar field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong hands-on artistic ability and portfolio may also be considered.

• Able to perform hands-on crafting and physical installation work.

• Able to follow design references, instructions and project requirements.

• Willing to support site installation, overtime or night work when required.

• Experience in shopping mall decorations, events, exhibitions or visual merchandising is an advantage.

Responsible for producing creative props, festive decorations and visual display elements according to approved project concepts. Perform hands-on artistic work including crafting, painting, styling, texturing and finishing to achieve attractive and high-quality project presentation.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Prop Fabrication – Create, modify and assemble props, decorative pieces and themed elements according to approved designs.

• Artistic Finishing – Carry out painting, colouring, texturing, crafting and decorative finishing work.

• Visual Display & Styling – Arrange and style decorative elements to achieve the required visual appearance and presentation.

• Creative Support – Provide practical artistic ideas and solutions during fabrication and installation.

• Material Application – Use suitable paints, foam, fabrics, adhesives and other decorative materials according to project requirements.

• Quality & Finishing – Ensure completed work is neat, visually attractive and consistent with the approved design.

• Site Installation – Assist with installation, display arrangement, adjustment and final touch-up at project sites.

• Complete assigned artistic work according to production schedules and project deadlines.

• Maintain proper care of artistic tools, materials and working areas.

• Work closely with Senior Artist, Production, R&D and Project Execution teams when required.

• Any other duties assigned by the Superior/ Management from time to time.
