• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software and preparing artwork for digital or print use.

• Familiar with photo and video content creation for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

• Creative with a good understanding of colours, typography, composition, and visual presentation.

• Comfortable communicating with customers and understanding their design requirements.

• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 20 weeks.

Design & Print Production (40%)

• Create t-shirt mockups, corporate uniform designs, and print layouts based on customer requirements

• Prepare print-ready files — correct colour mode, bleed, resolution (300 DPI minimum), correct format for each production method

• Work across multiple print methods: screen printing, DTG, heat transfer, sublimation, embroidery, digital and offset press

• Design business stationery: namecards, letterheads, bill books, flyers, envelopes, and stickers

• Create trophy and award artwork and engraving files

Content Creation — Photo & Video (25%)

• Shoot product photos for social media, website, and future e-commerce listings

• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook — product showcases, behind-the-scenes production, before/after prints, and customer order reveals

• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools

• Own the visual style and content calendar for Cetakshop’s social media — decide what gets created and when

• Hand finished content to the Operations & Sales Executive for publishing

Customer-Facing Design Work (20%)

• Engage directly with customers — take their brief, understand requirements, and present mockup options

• Handle design revisions efficiently — guide customers toward decisions, not endless rounds of changes

• Give design advice when customers are unsure — fonts, colours, placemen

• Coordinate with the Operations & Sales Executive to ensure designs match what was quoted

Marketing Design (15%)

• Create ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns (detailed briefs provided)

• Design social media post graphics, stories, and carousels

• Update website content — product images, banners, and promotional pages

• Create brochures, catalogues, and marketing collaterals

• Internship allowance of up to RM1200 per month for Degree students and RM600 per month for Diploma students.
• Practical exposure to real customer projects and multiple commercial printing methods.
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, printing, photography, video production, and social media content creation
