Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives to recommend suitable products or services
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, and regular sales reports.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry networking events when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, key account management, business development or similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Good understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia when required.
• A valid driving licence is required.
