Site Supervisor (Renovation & Construction)

As our company continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a responsible, experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily renovation and construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedules, drawings and company quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Monitor construction materials, site requirements and manpower arrangements.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, interior designers, contractors and clients.
• Prepare daily or weekly progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure project sites are maintained in a safe, clean and organized condition.
• Handle multiple renovation projects and ensure timely completion.

Job Requirements

• Previous working experience in renovation, construction or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction methods, renovation processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and renovation plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project sites.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel between project sites when required.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given priority.
