Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
• Maintain network documentation and reports
• Provide technical support and respond to network-related incidents

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT networking or network support
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Experience with Cisco, Ruijie or similar networking equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
