Chargeman is responsible in electrical aspect of our machinerary to plan, coordinate and execute PM System, maintaining and improving machine to ensure always in tip top condition and no breakdown.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities for electrical systems, machinery, utilities, and building facilities.

2. To monitor daily and shiftly electrical and facility checklists to detect early signs of abnormalities or breakdowns.

3. To manage and maintain the company’s electrical system in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) requirements.

4. To ensure safe operation and maintenance of electrical supply systems, switchboards, panels, boilers, and related utilities.

5. To troubleshoot electrical and control system issues and coordinate corrective actions effectively.

6. To develop, review, and improve machine and electrical inspection checklists.

7. To plan and execute electrical modification, upgrading, and improvement projects as required by operations or management.

8. To ensure all electrical and maintenance works are carried out safely and in compliance with approved procedures.

9. To support superior and management in additional assignments and operational improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Chargeman Certificate AO/A1
• 3 to 4 years experience in the capacity of a chargeman.
• At least 1 year of experience in factory environment
• Age: late 25 to 35
• Self-motivated, proactive
• Knowledge and hand-on experience in trouble-shooting and problem-solving of problems/issues related to motors (DC and AC).
• Work most of the time under hot production machine area.
• Can be on call for any adhoc job request.
