• Minimum 8 year sales & marketing experience preferably some experience in steel manufacturing industry.

• Have own transport and willing travel outstation monthly.

• Need to handle customer and lead sales executive and work towards sales target

• Willing to learn and good attitude.

• Required language(s) : BM / English / Mandarin

• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers

• Responsible to carry out the appropriate marketing and sales strategy for new market development, achieve sales target and to identify sales viability for new products development and marketing.

• To build and lead a team of sales executives section for the long term market development & penetration.

• To guide, coach, monitor & motivate the Team members to achieve the following objectives:-
  1. Achievement of monthly Sales target.
  2. Optimization of profit margin.
  3. Timely collection of outstanding receivables.
  4. Timely disposal of aging inventory.

• To be sensitive on market information and promptly feedback to management with recommendation of immediate actions.

• To cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship & proactive in identifying opportunities and recommend actions to the management.

• Responsible for total inventory control with minimize of slow moving finish goods, WIP and mother coils.

• To propose & execute monthly’s sales forecast, yearly sales budget and MBO.

• To embrace the spirit of entrepreneurship and be proactive in identifying opportunities and recommend actions to the management.

• To exercise discretion on Company's information and safe guard Company's interest at all time.

• To provide support with outdoor sales duties when required, as part of the team’s operational needs.

• To submit sales report and when required.
