1–3 years experience in 2D graphic design.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (InDesign a plus).

Understand or willing to learn about POSM specs & shopper visuals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.

Design and adapt 2D visuals for BTL campaigns — wobblers, standees, danglers, shelf talkers & more

Execute layout design, resizing and creative adaptation based on brand guides and project briefs

Retouch images and prepare visuals for print, ensuring correct sizing, bleed, dieline and output format

Provide mock-ups or visual samples for internal presentations and client servicing teams

Collaborate with structural designers and DTP team — your role focuses purely on 2D visual design

Maintain clean file structure, naming standards, and visual asset organisation

Participate in brainstorming sessions and learn from senior creatives
