Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.

Manage and oversee site projects from commencement to completion.

Ensure all site works are carried out according to project schedule, specifications, and quality requirements.

Plan, monitor, and control project timelines to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.

Monitor manpower, materials, and resources to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures at site.

Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and technical challenges.

Monitor project costs and ensure works are completed within budget.

Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets client requirements.

Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover records.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
