Software Developer / Application Support

Location: Bangi, Selangor
Employment Type: Contract
Experience: 4–6 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with eKYC vendors on technical and business requirements.
• Review technical documentation, solution architecture and application design.
• Manage application deployment packages and version control across SIT, UAT, PROD and DR environments.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Prepare and execute SIT test cases and support UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide 2nd-level production support.
• Coordinate Performance, Penetration and DR testing with relevant teams and vendors.
• Work with IT Security on system hardening and key management activities.
• Prepare rollout, implementation and production deployment documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams throughout implementation and BAU activities.
• Manage change requests, impact analysis and technical specifications based on SDLC.
• Monitor application health, SLA uptime, capacity, DR, patching and housekeeping activities.
• Identify potential issues, trends and areas for system improvement.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Software Development, Application Support or Software Engineering.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, production support and application deployment.
• Familiarity with SDLC, change management and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional IT teams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, environment management and release/deployment processes is an advantage.
• Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with eKYC/KYC solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
