Digital Ads Executive

We’re looking for someone who understands why people click, enquire, and buy, and can turn that understanding into effective advertising campaigns.

Your main focus will be Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram, with occasional work on Google Ads and TikTok Ads. You’ll write ad copy, develop campaign ideas, manage campaigns, and make minor edits to advertising creatives.

What you’ll do

• Plan, write, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, mainly on Meta.
• Research customers, their needs, buying behaviour, objections, and motivations.
• Identify the ideal customer profile (ICP) for each product or campaign.
• Develop advertising angles, hooks, headlines, and copy that connect with Malaysian audiences.
• Make minor edits to images and videos, and give clear creative direction when needed.
• Monitor campaign results, manage budgets, and use what you learn to improve performance.
• Support Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns when required.

Who we’re looking for

• You understand the Malaysian market, including local language, culture, and buying behaviour.
• You can write persuasive ad copy and explain the thinking behind your ideas.
• You’re comfortable working with Meta Ads Manager and interpreting campaign data.
• You can take a brief, ask useful questions, and work out the next steps without needing detailed instructions for every task.
• You’re curious, resourceful, and willing to test ideas, learn from results, and adjust your approach.
• Basic image or video editing skills are useful. Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a bonus.

How we work

This role needs human judgment, creativity, and initiative. We provide goals, context, and feedback, but you’ll need to think through problems and make decisions beyond following a step-by-step SOP.

A formal degree is not required. We care more about how you think, the quality of your work, and your ability to learn. Please share examples of campaigns, ad copy, or creatives you’ve worked on, and explain your contribution.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
