Education

• Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve customer complaints and enquiries.

• Prepare accurate and competitive shipping quotations for customers.

• Negotiate freight rates and shipping fees with couriers, airlines, and other service providers.

• Handle costing and billing for shipments.

• Attend to air freight enquiries from customers and agents.

• Manage customer bookings for export and import shipments.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, airlines, GSA, CSA, suppliers, and vendors.

• Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer and carrier issues.

• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams to meet customer requirements.

• Monitor shipment processes to ensure timely delivery of freight.

• Update customers on shipment status via email and other communication channels.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure proper filing in accordance with company procedures.

• Prepare sales and pricing reports for senior management.

• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Ensure familiarity with customer service and air freight export/import procedures.

• Monitor team productivity and activities, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.

• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other service providers.
