Experience in project sales, maintenance contracts, or business development is an added advantage.

Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop relationships with management offices, JMB/MC, property developers, and corporate customers.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for project sales and annual maintenance contracts.

Source and follow up on project tenders, BQ inquiries, and maintenance service opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property management offices, building owners, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.

Promote the company's maintenance services and secure annual maintenance agreements.

Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and related documentation.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers to understand project requirements.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor project progress and follow up on payment collection when required.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
