OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Location: Bangi Sentral, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month
Salary will depend on experience and qualifications.

About Us

Kaharo Jewels is a growing gold and jewellery brand based in Bangi Sentral. We specialise in quality gold jewellery, trendy designs and gold investment products.

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Operation Executive to support our daily operations across multiple branches. This role focuses on consolidating sales reports, coordinating with branch managers, monitoring branch performance and maintaining operational documentation to ensure accuracy, timely reporting and efficient business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Consolidate daily sales reports, stock records, and operational data from all branches.
• Prepare sales performance reports, KPI reports, and other operational summaries.
• Coordinate with branch managers to ensure timely submission of reports and operational updates.
• Monitor daily branch reports and follow up on incomplete or delayed submissions.
• Monitor branch attendance, leave, and medical leave (MC) records and identify recurring patterns for further review.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, reports, and training documents.
• Assist in improving administrative processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Support management with other administrative and operational tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in administration, operations, reporting or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with digital tools and AI-powered applications to improve work efficiency and productivity.
• Strong organisational, analytical and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with branch managers.
• Able to prepare reports, manage documentation and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different branches.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in retail, multi-branch operations or the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can support and coordinate multi-branch operations efficiently, ensuring that sales reports, stock records, KPI reports and operational documents are accurate and submitted on time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
