Our software solutions serve customers in industries such as retail, agriculture, construction, logistics, SMEs and government-related operations.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Software Developer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance existing company software applications.
• Assist in developing Android, Windows desktop and web-based applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve software errors and bugs.
• Maintain and update software databases.
• Implement new software features based on customer requirements.
• Perform testing, debugging and software quality checks.
• Assist in software installation, deployment and customer technical support.
• Support integration with hardware devices such as weighing scales, barcode scanners, QR code systems and receipt printers.
• Prepare basic technical documentation.
• Work closely with management to improve existing software products.

Technical Skills

Candidates with knowledge or practical exposure to any of the following are encouraged to apply:

• Java / Android Studio — Android application development.
• C# / .NET — Windows desktop application development.
• PHP / HTML / CSS / JavaScript — Web development.
• MySQL / SQLite / SQL Server — Database management.
• REST API and system integration.
• Basic troubleshooting and software debugging.

Candidates are not required to master all programming languages. A strong foundation in at least one relevant technology and willingness to learn are important.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with practical programming experience or completed software projects are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant software development experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of programming, databases and application development.
• Able to read, understand and modify existing source code.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, responsible and willing to learn new technologies.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Experience developing Android or Windows applications is an advantage.
