Business Development Executive (Event / Kiosk)

El Nahl Honey is looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Business Development Executive to grow our offline business through events, kiosks, pop-up activities, and physical retail opportunities.

If you have experience working as an Event Crew, strong sales skills, and enjoy working on-ground with customers and business partners, this role may be for you.

Job Details

Position: Business Development Executive (Event / Kiosk)
Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,000 per month
Attendance Allowance: RM120/month
Commission: Available
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through events, kiosks, pop-ups, and offline retail.
• Source and evaluate suitable events, venues, and locations for El Nahl.
• Communicate and negotiate with event organisers, venue operators, and business partners.
• Drive sales performance at events and kiosk locations.
• Plan and coordinate event setup, stock, manpower, and on-ground operations.
• Monitor event and kiosk sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Engage directly with customers and gather market feedback.
• Prepare sales, event, and business development reports.
• Conduct post-event reviews and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Event Crew or in event-related operations.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Experience in offline retail, kiosk, booth, event, or physical sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with customers and external business partners.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to work hands-on.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Willing to travel and work at different event locations when required.
• Willing to work weekends or public holidays when required for events.
