Role Description The Pruventure Manager is a full-time role responsible for developing, leading, and supporting a team of takaful consultants to achieve sales, service, and growth targets. Based in Puchong with a hybrid working arrangement, this position combines office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new consultants, coaching and mentoring team members, and organizing regular training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness. The Pruventure Manager monitors performance metrics, provides ongoing feedback, and implements strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. This role also involves coordinating marketing and business development activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with PruBSN’s values.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales or advisory team.
• Experience in sales, business development, or financial services/takaful, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Solid planning, organizational, and analytical skills to manage performance dashboards, set goals, and execute growth strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-discipline, accountability, and collaboration across locations.
• Knowledge of takaful, insurance, or financial products is an advantage; familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
