This role is responsible for providing customer service and operational support across e-commerce platforms, including customer enquiries, marketplace disputes and appeals, returned parcel management, product listing, and expiry checks, to ensure timely customer support, accurate product information, and smooth e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Customer Service

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the official ************* website chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and relevant information on products, order status, deliveries, promotions, refunds, returns, and other customer-related enquiries.

2. Marketplace Dispute & Appeal Management

• Manage and follow up on marketplace disputes involving orders, returns, refunds, delivery issues, and other related matters.
• Prepare and submit appeals against marketplace penalty points, where applicable, and monitor their progress.

3. Returned Parcel Management

• Track and monitor returned parcels across all e-commerce marketplace platforms.
• Liaise with the relevant warehouse and operations teams to ensure returned parcels are received and processed appropriately.
• Verify the condition and quantity of returned items against the corresponding order details.
• Investigate and follow up on discrepancies, missing items, damaged products, and other return-related issues.
• Ensure refunds, replacements, and other required resolutions are followed up and completed within the stipulated timelines.

4. Product Listing & Uploading

• Upload, update, and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and *************
• Ensure all product details, descriptions, images, pricing, promotional information, SKUs, stock availability, and other relevant listing information remain accurate and up to date.

5. Product Expiry Check

• Perform monthly expiry checks on e-commerce inventory and products to ensure proper monitoring of product shelf life.

6. General E-commerce Operations

• Assist with daily e-commerce operations and related administrative duties to support smooth business operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail when handling orders and product checking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day).
