1. Communication & Personality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, energetic and engaging in front of the camera.

• Good voice, clear pronunciation and natural presentation style.

• Positive attitude with the ability to create a fun and comfortable livestream atmosphere.

• Comfortable interacting with viewers and responding to comments in real time.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Strong interest in sales, fashion and lifestyle products.

• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Sales or livestream experience is an advantage.

• Experience with TikTok LIVE, Shopee LIVE or other livestream platforms is an advantage.

3. Content & Product Knowledge

• Willing to learn and understand JULIUS products, features, selling points and brand positioning.

• Able to present products creatively and confidently.

• Able to follow livestream scripts while still maintaining a natural and authentic style.

• Good awareness of TikTok trends, viral content and social media trends.

4. Personal Qualities

• Responsible, disciplined and punctual.

• Willing to learn and continuously improve.

• Target-oriented and motivated by sales performance.

• Professional appearance and well-groomed.

Conduct Livestream

• Host regular livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee and other e-commerce platforms.

• Present JULIUS watches and other products in an engaging, attractive and professional manner.

• Maintain energy, interaction and viewer engagement throughout the livestream.

• Introduce products, promotions, bundles and special offers clearly.

2. Drive Sales & Conversion

• Actively engage with viewers and encourage them to purchase.

• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, promotions, delivery and other concerns.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and needs.

• Create urgency and excitement during campaigns, promotions and flash sales.

• Achieve individual and team livestream sales targets/KPIs.

3. Audience Engagement

• Read and respond to comments during livestreams.

• Build relationships with viewers and encourage repeat viewers.

• Conduct product demonstrations, Q&A, games, giveaways and other engagement activities when required.

• Develop a recognizable and trustworthy hosting style that represents the JULIUS brand.

5. Product & Market Knowledge

• Continuously learn about JULIUS products, new launches, competitors and market trends.

• Understand key product selling points and communicate them effectively to customers.

• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the marketing and management team.

6. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce and Sales teams to plan livestream campaigns.

• Review livestream performance and continuously improve hosting, engagement and conversion.
